According to the New Regulation of TRAI regulations, telemarketers have to be registered in the DLT platform. It is most important to know distributed ledger technology (DLT), also called “Shared Ledger” to prevent spam. To prevent the end-customer from incidents of spam and fraud SMS, TRAI has amended the rules in India. In the commercial communication system- if any Businesses, Enterprises, Companies, agencies, or any service provider want to promote their product, advertise or send transnational messages to customers, then it will be mandatory to register them with telecom operators as per the new TRAI rule. As per the direction from TRAI to send messages to our customers every service provider needs to be registered on the DLT platform with their headers or sender IDs. Without registration, they would be unable to send any SMS once DLT comes into effect. The system is using blockchain technology known as DLT.
Distributed ledger technology (DLT) is a digital system that is managed the transaction and their details in multiple participants, with multiple devices at the same time.
A distributed database shared, and synchronized digital data spread across multiple sites, countries, or institutions. there is no central administrator that acts as head or monitor.
TRAI mandated to adopt Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) with permission and private DLT networks Origin of Ledgers- A ledger is a record of information, transactions, and similar data that existed in paper form. Now, with the new computer technology or approach, ledgers changed into computerized ledgers.
DLT has been implemented by Govt. because Unsolicited Commercial Communications (UCC) are a major cause of disturbance for telecom users.

first of all, Select: As Enterprise Button.
Then choose next, Enterprise Login.
Have you registered with any other Mobile Operator DLT Network? Select: No
Enter Business PAN Number.
Fill the form with Required Details just like- Bussiness type, enter your name, email id, password, confirm password, and simple mobile no.
Now click on I agree and continue.
After this, Verify with OTP.
Now you get an email, confirm your Email address.
Login To Portal.
Upload Required Documents i.e.PAN CARD and GST and Fill the Required Details.
After Completion You will Get, Your Registration Number.
You will get your Enterprise Registration Id within 72hrs. of your KYC upload.
Telemarketer Registration needs to be done for those who are in the SMS reselling business. So let’s begin with the registration process.
first of all, Select: As Telemarketer.
Then choose a new Registration.
Are you registered as a Registred Telemarketer? Select: No.
Now enter the details of an authorized person, organization name, organization category, organization type, KYC details, and valid email address, password, confirm password, and simple mobile no.
after its, Submit.
now you get an email, confirm your Email address.
Login To Portal.
Upload Required Documents i.e.PAN CARD and GST and Fill the Required Details.
After Completion You will Get, Your Registration Number.
You will get your Telemarketer Registration Id within 72hrs. of your KYC upload.
